We passionately support each person in living a meaningful and satisfying life!
At Clinton Manor, their mission is to passionately support each person in living a meaningful and satisfying life! Our community is located in New Baden, Illinois, and has continued under the same ownership and management since it was purchased in 1988 by Southern Illinois Living Centers, Inc.
One of Clinton Manor’s residential settings is an Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with developmental disabilities (ICFDD). The ICFDD provides long term care and support for individuals that require a higher level of personal care and medical assistance. Clinton Manor’s ICFDD is home to 51 individuals, and those we serve are divided into three family settings of 14-19 people. Each family has a living area, patio area and certified team members to help meet their specific needs.
Clinton Manor also provides long-term care and skilled nursing that accommodates up to 37 seniors or individuals with high medical needs. A team of highly-skilled RNs, LPNs and CNAs deliver person-centered, direct care for individuals recuperating from surgery, stroke or illness. Clinton Manor also offers an excellent in-house rehabilitation department that provides Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy.
Clinton Manor is one of the highest rated homes in the St. Louis Metro East area. We can provide a continuum of care within our organization, having both Skilled Nursing and ICFDD programs in the same building. We have the longevity and consistency with our leadership and team, many having been with our organization for over 20 years.
Clinton Manor is oriented to the needs of the individual while working very closely with family, guardians, friends, and various consulting services and agencies. We recognize the individuals we serve have the same basic needs and desires as anyone else in our community. Individuals receive supportive services that meet their needs, yet allow them to maintain their own independence. We strive to gain awareness of the aspirations and feelings of the people we serve and assure they are afforded the rights, privileges, opportunities and responsibilities accorded to all citizens.
