Offers father-focused resources, created by and for fathers raising children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other neurodivergent needs.
Supporting fathers raising children with disabilities.
Got4titude is a mission-driven community created by and for fathers raising children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other neurodivergent needs. Founded by Illinois dad Kirby Rabalais after his son’s rare genetic diagnosis, Got4titude exists to make sure dads don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Our mission is to help fathers move from isolation and overwhelm to clarity, connection, and confident leadership at home, at school, and in their community.
We offer father-focused resources and spaces where men can be honest, supported, and understood. Services include a free Father’s Survival Toolkit, practical guides for IEP meetings and school collaboration, a bi-weekly newsletter, virtual gatherings, and a private “Inner Circle” community for dads. Through workshops, talks, and partnerships with schools, health systems, and nonprofits, Got4titude gives fathers tools to manage stress, communicate with partners and providers, and advocate for their child—while also taking care of their own mental and emotional health. While we are based in Illinois, our community and resources are accessible to dads globally.
